Establish the client objectives
During this phase we work closely with our clients to understand their ultimate goal. If they already have a site, we assess the potential for development from both a planning policy and commercial demand perspective.
If a site has not yet been found, then we will use our contacts and resources to source, negotiate and acquire an appropriate property to deliver on the objectives.
Build a team
We build a leading development team to provide advice on planning, design, engineering, cost and construction.
As the client's representative, we coordinate the timely completion of the key stages of design and planning and provide commercial insights to ensure that the end product appeals to the market.
Deliver and complete
With planning permission approved, construction specifications agreed, we coordinate the tendering and selection of suitable contractors to complete the works.
Working alongside the Project Manager, Cost Consultants and Contract Administrator, we monitor progress closely to manage the interests of our client through to completion.
