Services

Each plot is being offered as a fully serviced Building Site with mains services laid on by the Developer and taken to the edge of each site. All mains services are to be laid underground.



Construction

Purchasers may obtain a Building quotation from the Developers or if desired may engage a Builder of their own choice to construct their proposed Dwelling.



House Plans

The Plans of all Proposed Dwellings must be submitted to the Developers, for approval prior to submission to the Planning Authorities.

The Developers reserves the right to make alternations to the size, design and elevation should they consider that the proposed dwelling may be detrimental to the overall development in any way.



Time

Construction must commence on site within 12 months from completion of sale of site and construction of dwelling must be completed within 12 months of commencement.

Purchasers are expected to keep their site in a tidy and presentable state prior to construction commencing.



Terms

Initial Reservation Deposit of £2,000 per site payable to the selling agents at time of Reservations.

Balance of 20% to purchasers Solicitor at signing of contract, no later than 6 weeks following Reservation.

Balance payment at completion, which shall be 7 weeks following completion of contract.
